🍰 Fluffy Strawberry Omelette

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- sugar 4 tbsp.
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, Type 405 240 g
- baking powder 1 tsp.
- milk 200 ml
- mineral water, classic 200 ml
- butter 1 tbsp.
- strawberries 400 g
- powdered sugar 4 tbsp.
- vanilla ice cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs. Carefully lift the yolks away from the whites.
- 2. Place the yolks in a bowl.
- 3. Add sugar and salt to the yolks.
- 4. Whisk the mixture until foamy using a hand mixer and whisk.
- 5. Stir in flour and baking powder gradually.
- 6. Add milk and sparkling water.
- 7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 8. Whip the egg whites until stiff.
- 9. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
- 10. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 11. Pour one ladle of batter into the pan.
- 12. Fry the omelette for about 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
- 13. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 14. Wash the strawberries.
- 15. Remove the green tops from the strawberries.
- 16. Slice the strawberries.
- 17. Slide the omelette onto a plate.
- 18. Arrange the strawberry slices on the omelette.
- 19. Dust the omelette with powdered sugar.
- 20. Fold the omelette in half.
- 21. Dust the omelette lightly with powdered sugar again.
- 22. Serve the omelette with vanilla ice cream.
