  3. 3. Add sugar and salt to the yolks.
  4. 4. Whisk the mixture until foamy using a hand mixer and whisk.
  5. 5. Stir in flour and baking powder gradually.
  6. 6. Add milk and sparkling water.
  7. 7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  8. 8. Whip the egg whites until stiff.
  9. 9. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  10. 10. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Pour one ladle of batter into the pan.
  12. 12. Fry the omelette for about 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
  13. 13. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  14. 14. Wash the strawberries.
  15. 15. Remove the green tops from the strawberries.
  16. 16. Slice the strawberries.
  17. 17. Slide the omelette onto a plate.
  18. 18. Arrange the strawberry slices on the omelette.
  19. 19. Dust the omelette with powdered sugar.
  20. 20. Fold the omelette in half.
  21. 21. Dust the omelette lightly with powdered sugar again.
