  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa in a sieve under lukewarm water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. Bring about 300 milliliters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
  3. 3. Add the quinoa to the boiling water and cover the pot.
  4. 4. Cook the quinoa on low heat for about 12 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the pot from the heat and let the quinoa swell for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the quinoa and let it cool in the sieve.
  7. 7. Wash the chicken and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Score the chicken in a diamond pattern, but do not cut all the way through to the bone.
  9. 9. Rub the chicken thoroughly with chicken seasoning salt.
  10. 10. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over high heat.
  11. 11. Fry the chicken on all sides for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and reduce the heat to low.
  13. 13. Finish cooking the chicken covered for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the pan from the heat and set the chicken aside covered.
  15. 15. Wash the tomatoes and halve them.
  16. 16. Wash the strawberries, remove the green stems, and quarter them.
  17. 17. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and remove the coarse stems.
  18. 18. Place the basil in a tall container along with 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  19. 19. Blend the mixture finely into a dressing.
  20. 20. Season the basil dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  21. 21. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, strawberries, and cooled quinoa.
  22. 22. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  23. 23. Mix everything well and season the salad to taste.
  24. 24. Divide the strawberry salad onto plates.
  25. 25. Place the chicken alongside and drizzle it with the basil dressing.
  26. 26. Serve the salad immediately and enjoy.
