🥤 Strawberry Cream Liqueur

Ingredients
- Strawberries 400 g
- Vanilla Sugar 1 packet
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Whipping Cream 300 ml
- dual grain vodka 300 ml
- Icing Sugar 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Place the strawberries and vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl and blend for 6 seconds on speed 8.
- 2. Separate the eggs, using the egg whites for another purpose. Add cream, egg yolks, grain spirit, and powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 6. Then, heat for 8 minutes at 70 °C on speed 3.
- 3. Rinse two bottles (500 ml each) thoroughly with hot water. Pour the strawberry cream liqueur into the bottles using a funnel and seal them immediately. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator until serving.
