  2. 2. Cut the rhubarb into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries.
  5. 5. Put the strawberries and rhubarb into the mixing container.
  6. 6. Insert the measuring cup.
  7. 7. Crush the fruit for 15 seconds on speed 5.
  8. 8. Add the vanilla sugar to the fruit mixture.
  9. 9. Add the jam sugar to the fruit mixture.
  10. 10. Boil the mixture for 15 minutes on speed 2 at 100 degrees Celsius.
  11. 11. Take one teaspoon of jam.
  12. 12. Dab the jam onto a cold plate.
  13. 13. Wait about one minute.
  14. 14. Check if the jam has set.
  15. 15. If it is still liquid, cook it for another one to two minutes.
  16. 16. Repeat the setting test if necessary.
  17. 17. Fill the hot jam into four clean screw-top jars.
  18. 18. Use jars with a capacity of 250 milliliters each.
  19. 19. Close the jars tightly.
  20. 20. Turn the jars upside down.
