🍽️ Strawberry and Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
- Rhubarb 500 g
- Strawberries 500 g
- Vanilla Sugar 2 packets
- Jam Sugar 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Remove the ends from the rhubarb and peel it.
- 2. Cut the rhubarb into coarse pieces.
- 3. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries.
- 5. Put the strawberries and rhubarb into the mixing container.
- 6. Insert the measuring cup.
- 7. Crush the fruit for 15 seconds on speed 5.
- 8. Add the vanilla sugar to the fruit mixture.
- 9. Add the jam sugar to the fruit mixture.
- 10. Boil the mixture for 15 minutes on speed 2 at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 11. Take one teaspoon of jam.
- 12. Dab the jam onto a cold plate.
- 13. Wait about one minute.
- 14. Check if the jam has set.
- 15. If it is still liquid, cook it for another one to two minutes.
- 16. Repeat the setting test if necessary.
- 17. Fill the hot jam into four clean screw-top jars.
- 18. Use jars with a capacity of 250 milliliters each.
- 19. Close the jars tightly.
- 20. Turn the jars upside down.
- 21. Let them cool down like this.
- 22. Enjoy!
