  1. 1. Put eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the ingredients well together.
  3. 3. Add the flour to the mixture.
  4. 4. Stir everything into a slightly thick batter.
  5. 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  8. 8. Cook the pancakes for about 1 to 2 minutes on the first side until golden brown.
  9. 9. Cook the pancakes for about 1 to 2 minutes on the second side until golden brown.
  10. 10. Set the cooked pancakes aside.
  11. 11. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  12. 12. Put the whipping cream into a tall container.
  13. 13. Whip the cream with a hand mixer until stiff.
  14. 14. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  15. 15. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
  16. 16. Slice the strawberries lengthwise.
  17. 17. Gently fold half of the strawberry slices into the whipped cream.
  18. 18. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream on each pancake.
  19. 19. Roll up the filled pancakes.
  20. 20. Garnish the pancakes with the remaining strawberries.
  21. 21. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar.
  22. 22. Serve the pancakes.
