🍰 Fruity Strawberry Pancakes

Ingredients
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Milk 200 ml
- Salt pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 250 g
- Oil 6 tbsp
- Whipping cream 200 g
- Strawberries 400 g
- Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 3. Add the flour to the mixture.
- 4. Stir everything into a slightly thick batter.
- 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 6. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 8. Cook the pancakes for about 1 to 2 minutes on the first side until golden brown.
- 9. Cook the pancakes for about 1 to 2 minutes on the second side until golden brown.
- 10. Set the cooked pancakes aside.
- 11. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
- 12. Put the whipping cream into a tall container.
- 13. Whip the cream with a hand mixer until stiff.
- 14. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 15. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
- 16. Slice the strawberries lengthwise.
- 17. Gently fold half of the strawberry slices into the whipped cream.
- 18. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream on each pancake.
- 19. Roll up the filled pancakes.
- 20. Garnish the pancakes with the remaining strawberries.
- 21. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar.
- 22. Serve the pancakes.
