  1. 1. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice. Measure the lemon juice and top up with water to 200 ml. In a pot, heat the liquid together with the sugar over medium heat and boil for about 3 minutes until the syrup is clear. Then let the syrup cool down.
  2. 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the leaves and cut them into small cubes. Puree the strawberries in a tall container using an immersion blender.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the strawberry puree, the syrup and the vodka well and fill into clean bottles. Chill the strawberry-lime well. Cheers!
