🥤 Fruity Strawberry-Raspberry Shrub

Ingredients
- balsamic vinegar, light 500 ml
- sugar 300 g
- mixed berries, frozen 500 g
- ice cubes 3 tbsp
- mineral water, classic 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Pour the vinegar and sugar into a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils.
- 3. Add the berries to the pot.
- 4. Simmer the berries for about 5 minutes with the lid on.
- 5. Strain the liquid through a sieve to remove the berry solids.
- 6. Pour the hot shrub immediately into a bottle.
- 7. Fill four glasses with ice cubes.
- 8. Add 5 tablespoons of the berry shrub to each glass.
- 9. Top up each glass with sparkling water.
- 10. Serve the drink immediately.
