Ingredients
- courgettes 1 pc.
- strawberries 500 g
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- milk 600 ml
- honey 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, peel it, and cut it into cubes. Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, and quarter them.
- 2. In a tall container, blend the cucumber cubes and strawberries with yogurt and milk. Sweeten with honey if desired and serve.
