🍰 Strawberry Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- Strawberries 500 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 400 g
- butter 250 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Salt Pinch
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Almonds, whole 100 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and remove the green leaves.
- 2. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- 3. Place the strawberry pieces in a bowl and mix them with 2 tablespoons of flour.
- 4. Take a second bowl and beat the soft butter, sugar, and salt with a hand mixer until frothy.
- 5. Add the eggs and continue stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 6. Mix the remaining flour, almonds, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- 7. Gently fold the flour mixture into the batter for a short time.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (top and bottom heat).
- 9. Gently fold the prepared strawberries into the batter.
- 10. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt cake pan with a diameter of 22 cm.
- 11. Bake the cake in the oven for about 50 to 60 minutes.
- 12. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
- 13. Carefully turn the cake out of the pan.
- 14. Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
