  1. 1. Wash 500 g of strawberries and remove the green leafy tops.
  2. 2. Place the strawberries in a pot along with lemon juice, vanilla extract, and 100 g of powdered sugar.
  3. 3. Mash the fruit or puree it into a smooth mixture.
  4. 4. Simmer the compote for about 10 minutes until it has significantly reduced in liquid.
  5. 5. Spread the hot compote onto a large plate.
  6. 6. Allow the compote to cool down completely.
  7. 7. Mix cream cheese with 100 g of powdered sugar and tonka paste in a bowl.
  8. 8. Add the cream yogurt and the cream to the cream cheese mixture.
  9. 9. Stir everything well until a creamy mass forms.
  10. 10. Place the yogurt cream in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
  11. 11. Line a square baking dish with cling film or prepare a cake ring.
  12. 12. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
  13. 13. Slice 100 g of the strawberry yogurt bars into thin slices.
  14. 14. Pour half of the yogurt mixture into the prepared mold.
  15. 15. Spread half of the cooled strawberry compote over the yogurt mixture.
  16. 16. Swirl the layers together slightly.
  17. 17. Pour half of the melted white chocolate over the mixture.
  18. 18. Distribute half of the sliced strawberry yogurt bars on top of the chocolate.
  19. 19. Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top.
  20. 20. Add the remaining white chocolate and the remaining bar slices as the top layer.
  21. 21. Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top.
  22. 22. Add the remaining white chocolate and the remaining bar slices as the top layer.
  23. 23. Remove the cake ring or take the film out of the mold.
  24. 24. Cut the frozen ice mass into cubes.
  25. 25. Decorate the cubes with the remaining strawberry yogurt bars.
  26. 26. Add 200 g of halved fresh strawberries as decoration.
