🍰 Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Cubes

Ingredients
- Strawberries 700 g
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Icing sugar 200 g
- Cream cheese, plain 300 g
- Tonka paste 1 tsp
- Sour yogurt, Greek style 200 g
- Chocolate, white 100 g
- Strawberry yogurt bars 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash 500 g of strawberries and remove the green leafy tops.
- 2. Place the strawberries in a pot along with lemon juice, vanilla extract, and 100 g of powdered sugar.
- 3. Mash the fruit or puree it into a smooth mixture.
- 4. Simmer the compote for about 10 minutes until it has significantly reduced in liquid.
- 5. Spread the hot compote onto a large plate.
- 6. Allow the compote to cool down completely.
- 7. Mix cream cheese with 100 g of powdered sugar and tonka paste in a bowl.
- 8. Add the cream yogurt and the cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- 9. Stir everything well until a creamy mass forms.
- 10. Place the yogurt cream in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
- 11. Line a square baking dish with cling film or prepare a cake ring.
- 12. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
- 13. Slice 100 g of the strawberry yogurt bars into thin slices.
- 14. Pour half of the yogurt mixture into the prepared mold.
- 15. Spread half of the cooled strawberry compote over the yogurt mixture.
- 16. Swirl the layers together slightly.
- 17. Pour half of the melted white chocolate over the mixture.
- 18. Distribute half of the sliced strawberry yogurt bars on top of the chocolate.
- 19. Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top.
- 20. Add the remaining white chocolate and the remaining bar slices as the top layer.
- 21. Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top.
- 22. Add the remaining white chocolate and the remaining bar slices as the top layer.
- 23. Remove the cake ring or take the film out of the mold.
- 24. Cut the frozen ice mass into cubes.
- 25. Decorate the cubes with the remaining strawberry yogurt bars.
- 26. Add 200 g of halved fresh strawberries as decoration.
