🍰 Strawberry Cream Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients
- strawberries 400 g
- butter cookies 100 g
- cream cheese, grainy 600 g
- agave nectar 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 3. Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
- 4. Crumble the cookies roughly by hand.
- 5. Place the curd cheese into a tall container.
- 6. Take 250 grams of the prepared strawberries.
- 7. Puree the cream cheese mixture with the 250 grams of strawberries and the agave syrup until smooth.
- 8. Take the remaining strawberry cubes.
- 9. Gently fold in the remaining strawberries and the cookie crumbs into the puree mixture.
- 10. Pour the finished strawberry cream cheese mixture into a loaf pan or a sealable plastic container.
- 11. Smooth the surface of the mixture.
- 12. Place the container in the freezer compartment.
- 13. Let the mixture freeze for about 3 to 4 hours.
- 14. Take the ice cream out of the freezer 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
- 15. Form small ice cream balls with a spoon.
- 16. Distribute the ice cream balls onto small bowls.
