  2. 2. Take the frozen strawberries out of the freezer to let them thaw.
  3. 3. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
  4. 4. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
  5. 5. Take a bowl and add four tablespoons of raw cane sugar.
  6. 6. Add cinnamon and vanilla sugar to the raw cane sugar in the bowl.
  7. 7. Add the grated lemon zest.
  8. 8. Mix all ingredients in the bowl well together.
  9. 9. Place the thawed strawberries into a baking dish.
  10. 10. Mix the strawberries in the dish with the prepared lemon sugar mixture.
  11. 11. Take a second bowl for the crumble topping.
  12. 12. Add rolled oats to this bowl.
  13. 13. Add four tablespoons of raw cane sugar to the oats.
  14. 14. Add butter and flour.
  15. 15. Knead the ingredients together with your hands to form small crumbs.
  16. 16. Distribute the crumbs evenly over the strawberries in the baking dish.

  18. 18. Bake the crumble for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown.
