🍰 Strawberry Crostini with Cashew Cream

Ingredients
- cashew nuts 50 g
- sugar 15 g
- cream cheese, plain 50 g
- mango 100 g
- strawberries 200 g
- brioche loaf 200 g
- mint, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Puree the cashew nuts together with the sugar until fine in a tall container. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese with the cashew cream.
- 2. Peel the mango, cut the flesh off the pit and dice it. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the green tops and slice them. Slice the brioche and toast it lightly in the toaster. Wash the mint, dry it and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 3. Spread the brioche with the cashew cream, top with strawberry slices and mango cubes, and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy your meal!
