🍽️ Fruity and Spicy Strawberry Chili Chutney

Ingredients
- strawberries 500 g
- shallots 3 pcs
- ginger, fresh 10 g
- chili Mix 3 pcs
- salt 1 tsp
- jam sugar 100 g
- apple cider vinegar 50 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
- 3. Peel the shallots and cut them into fine cubes.
- 4. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
- 5. Wash the peppers and remove the stems.
- 6. Slice the peppers into thin rings.
- 7. Place all prepared ingredients into a pot.
- 8. Add salt and pectin sugar, then mix everything well.
- 9. Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes.
- 10. Pour the vinegar into the pot.
- 11. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- 12. Simmer the chutney for about 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 13. Season the chutney with salt to taste.
- 14. Let the chutney cool down completely.
- 15. Fill the still hot chutney into jars with twist-off lids.
- 16. Seal the jars immediately after filling.
- 17. Store the chutney in a cool place.
