  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the apples under running water.
  2. 2. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
  3. 3. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  4. 4. Cut the cored apple pieces into rough cubes.
  5. 5. Also wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  6. 6. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  7. 7. Set aside four whole strawberries for decoration.
  8. 8. Halve the remaining strawberries.
  9. 9. Peel the bananas.
  10. 10. Cut the bananas into rough pieces.
  11. 11. Wash the mint.
  12. 12. Shake the mint dry to remove excess water.
  13. 13. Separate the mint leaves from the stems.
  14. 14. Place the apple cubes, halved strawberries, banana pieces, and mint leaves into a tall blender cup.
  15. 15. Pour the apple juice over the ingredients in the cup.
  16. 16. Blend everything with a mixer until smooth.
  17. 17. Pour the finished smoothie into the glasses.
  18. 18. Cut the four reserved strawberries to use as decoration.
  19. 19. Place the decorated strawberry pieces on the rim of the glasses.
  20. 20. Serve the smoothie immediately while fresh.
