🥤 Fresh Strawberry Apple Mint Smoothie

Ingredients
- Green apples 2 pcs
- Strawberries 400 g
- Bananas 2 pcs
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Apple juice 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the apples under running water.
- 2. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters.
- 3. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 4. Cut the cored apple pieces into rough cubes.
- 5. Also wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 6. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 7. Set aside four whole strawberries for decoration.
- 8. Halve the remaining strawberries.
- 9. Peel the bananas.
- 10. Cut the bananas into rough pieces.
- 11. Wash the mint.
- 12. Shake the mint dry to remove excess water.
- 13. Separate the mint leaves from the stems.
- 14. Place the apple cubes, halved strawberries, banana pieces, and mint leaves into a tall blender cup.
- 15. Pour the apple juice over the ingredients in the cup.
- 16. Blend everything with a mixer until smooth.
- 17. Pour the finished smoothie into the glasses.
- 18. Cut the four reserved strawberries to use as decoration.
- 19. Place the decorated strawberry pieces on the rim of the glasses.
- 20. Serve the smoothie immediately while fresh.
