  7. 7. Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Heat the oil in a separate pan over medium heat.
  10. 10. Sauté the shrimp for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  11. 11. Wash the mint, shake it dry, and chop it roughly.
  12. 12. Puree the cooked soup until smooth.
  13. 13. Stir the cream into the soup and adjust the seasoning to taste.
