🥤 Fresh Pea and Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
- mint, fresh 10 g
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- peas, frozen 200 g
- water 400 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the mint under running water.
- 2. Dry the mint well and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 3. Clean the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
- 4. Put the frozen peas, cucumber pieces, mint, and water into a tall blending cup.
- 5. Blend the ingredients with a mixer until you have a fine, smooth mixture.
- 6. Season the smoothie with salt and pepper.
- 7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and drink it immediately.
