  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them in half horizontally. Wipe the mushrooms with a kitchen towel if necessary.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over high heat and fry the bacon without additional fat for about 4 minutes until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and fry the tomatoes, mushrooms, and sausages in the hot bacon fat for about 7 minutes. Then take everything out of the pan and set it aside with the bacon.
  3. 3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan over medium heat and toast the bread on each side for about 1 minute until golden brown. Set the toast aside as well.
  4. 4. Heat another tablespoon of butter in the pan over medium heat and crack the eggs into the pan. Fry the eggs for about 4 minutes until sunny-side up, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Serve each plate with a sunny-side up egg along with tomatoes, mushrooms, sausages, and bacon. Serve the English breakfast with ketchup. Enjoy your meal!
