Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 4 pcs
- Mushrooms, white 250 g
- bacon 100 g
- Mini roast sausages 8 pcs
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Toast bread 8 slices
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them in half horizontally. Wipe the mushrooms with a kitchen towel if necessary.
- 2. Heat a pan over high heat and fry the bacon without additional fat for about 4 minutes until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and fry the tomatoes, mushrooms, and sausages in the hot bacon fat for about 7 minutes. Then take everything out of the pan and set it aside with the bacon.
- 3. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan over medium heat and toast the bread on each side for about 1 minute until golden brown. Set the toast aside as well.
- 4. Heat another tablespoon of butter in the pan over medium heat and crack the eggs into the pan. Fry the eggs for about 4 minutes until sunny-side up, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 5. Serve each plate with a sunny-side up egg along with tomatoes, mushrooms, sausages, and bacon. Serve the English breakfast with ketchup. Enjoy your meal!
