🍽️ Date and Almond Energy Balls

Ingredients
- almonds, whole 150 g
- soft dates, dried and pitted 200 g
- coconut flakes 25 g
Instructions
- 1. Place the almonds in a dry frying pan.
- 2. Roast the almonds over medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- 3. Remove the pan from the heat and let the almonds cool down completely for 10 minutes.
- 4. Roughly chop the cooled almonds.
- 5. Put the dates and the chopped almonds into a food processor.
- 6. Blend the ingredients until a sticky and crumbly mixture forms.
- 7. Take small portions of the mixture using a teaspoon.
- 8. Roll each portion into a ball between your palms.
- 9. Roll the finished balls in desiccated coconut.
