  1. 1. Place the almonds in a dry frying pan.
  2. 2. Roast the almonds over medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the pan from the heat and let the almonds cool down completely for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Roughly chop the cooled almonds.
  5. 5. Put the dates and the chopped almonds into a food processor.
  6. 6. Blend the ingredients until a sticky and crumbly mixture forms.
  7. 7. Take small portions of the mixture using a teaspoon.
  8. 8. Roll each portion into a ball between your palms.
  9. 9. Roll the finished balls in desiccated coconut.
