🍽️ Baking fluffy egg white bread

Ingredients
- Quark, low-fat 150 g
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Almonds, ground 100 g
- Baking powder 0.5 packet
- Salt 10 g
- Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp
- Pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
- 2. Stir the mixture with a spoon or whisk until no lumps remain.
- 3. Lightly grease a baking pan with some oil or butter.
- 4. Pour the egg white mixture into the prepared pan.
- 5. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top of the bread if desired.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Place the pan in the oven.
- 8. Bake the bread for 50 to 60 minutes.
