🥤 Fresh Iced Tea with Mint and Lemon

Ingredients
- water 200 ml
- black tea 1 pc.
- lemons 1 pc.
- mint, fresh 5 g
- ice cubes 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat 200 milliliters of water in a pot until it boils.
- 2. Pour the boiling water over the tea bags in a bowl.
- 3. Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the tea bags from the liquid.
- 5. Let the black tea cool down completely.
- 6. Wash the lemon thoroughly under running water.
- 7. Cut the lemon into eight equal pieces.
- 8. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 9. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
- 10. Squeeze a piece of lemon slightly over a glass to catch the juice.
- 11. Place the squeezed lemon piece into the glass.
- 12. Add the mint leaves to the glass.
- 13. Add ice cubes to the glass.
- 14. Pour the cooled black tea over the ingredients.
- 15. Serve the iced tea sweetened to your liking with sugar, agave syrup, or honey.
