🥤 Fresh Green Iced Tea with Lime and Mint

Ingredients
- water 200 ml
- green tea 1 pc.
- organic limes 1 pc.
- mint, fresh 5 g
- ice cubes 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Pour the boiling water over the tea bag in a bowl.
- 3. Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the tea bag from the liquid.
- 5. Let the green tea cool down completely.
- 6. Wash the lime thoroughly.
- 7. Cut the lime into eight equal wedges.
- 8. Wash the mint.
- 9. Shake the mint dry.
- 10. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 11. Place the lime wedges into a glass.
- 12. Press the lime wedges slightly with a spoon to release the juice.
- 13. Add the mint leaves and ice cubes to the glass.
- 14. Fill the glass with the cooled green tea.
- 15. Serve the iced tea sweetened to taste with sugar, agave syrup, or honey.
