🥤 Refreshing Pineapple Iced Tea

Ingredients
- water 1 L
- green tea 2 pcs
- brown sugar 100 g
- organic lemons 1 pcs
- pineapple 0.5 pcs
- ice cubes 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Add the tea bags to the boiling water.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 4. Let the tea steep for about 4 minutes.
- 5. Remove the tea bags from the water.
- 6. Stir the sugar into the hot tea until it is completely dissolved.
- 7. Let the tea cool down.
- 8. Place the cooled tea in the refrigerator until it is cold.
- 9. Wash the lemon thoroughly under running water.
- 10. Squeeze half of the lemon to extract the juice.
- 11. Slice the other half of the lemon into thin slices.
- 12. Peel the pineapple.
- 13. Cut the pineapple lengthwise into two halves.
- 14. Remove the hard core from the pineapple.
- 15. Cut the pineapple flesh into small pieces.
- 16. Take three-quarters of the cut pineapple pieces.
- 17. Puree these pineapple pieces together with the lemon juice in a tall container.
- 18. Pour the pineapple-lemon mixture into a jug.
- 19. Pour the chilled tea under the pineapple-lemon mixture.
- 20. Stir the mixture gently.
- 21. Add the remaining pineapple pieces to the jug.
- 22. Add the lemon slices to the jug.
- 23. Add ice cubes.
- 24. Serve the iced tea immediately.
