🥤 Iced Chocolate with Cream

Ingredients

• Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
• Milk 200 ml
• Heavy cream 30 ml
• Vanilla ice cream 1 tbsp
• Dessert sauce, chocolate 1 tbsp

Instructions

1. 1. Put cocoa and cold milk into a tall container.
2. 2. Stir the mixture until the cocoa has completely dissolved.
3. 3. Whip cream stiff using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
4. 4. Pour the cocoa mixture into a glass.
5. 5. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
6. 6. Garnish the glass with the whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
7. 7. Serve the drink immediately.
