Ingredients
- Brioche loaf 1 pc.
- vanilla ice cream 6 tbsp
- chocolate ice cream 6 tbsp
- strawberries 50 g
- red currants, fresh 50 g
- blueberries, fresh 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Slice the brioche into finger-thick pieces or halve small brioche rolls.
- 2. Place one scoop of ice cream between two brioche slices.
- 3. Gently press the slices together to secure the ice cream.
- 4. Serve the sandwich immediately with fresh berries to your liking.
