  7. 7. Peel the carrots.
  8. 8. Peel the sweet potatoes.
  9. 9. Cut the carrots into small cubes.
  10. 10. Cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes.
  11. 11. Wash the celery stalks.
  12. 12. Set aside the green ends of the celery.
  13. 13. Dice the celery stalks.
  14. 14. Drain the chickpeas.
  15. 15. Rinse the chickpeas.
  16. 16. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  17. 17. Brown the minced meat together with the garlic and ginger.
  18. 18. Cook the ingredients for about 4 minutes.
