🍽️ Marinated Goat Cheese Slices with Olives

Ingredients
- olives, green 60 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- goat cheese roll 200 g
- herbs of Provence, dried 2 tsp
- bay leaves, dried 1 pc.
- pepper, black ground 1 tsp
- olive oil 300 ml
Instructions
- 1. Place the olives in a sieve and let them drain well.
- 2. Peel the garlic and cut it into fine cubes.
- 3. Cut the goat cheese into slices about 1 cm thick.
- 4. Spread the Herbs de Provence on a plate.
- 5. Roll the goat cheese slices in the herbs until they are coated.
- 6. Fill a clean jar with the drained olives, garlic, bay leaf, and peppercorns.
- 7. Layer the marinated goat cheese slices on top of the olive mixture.
- 8. Pour olive oil over everything.
- 9. Seal the jar tightly.
- 10. Let the jar sit in the refrigerator for one day to marinate.
- 11. Remove the goat cheese slices and olives from the jar and let them drain briefly.
- 12. Serve the ingredients together with rustic bread.
