  5. 5. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Cut the bread at intervals of about 2 centimeters.
  7. 7. Make sure the slices remain connected in the bottom third.
  8. 8. Turn the bread and cut it again at intervals of about 2 centimeters.
  9. 9. This creates a connected diamond pattern.
  10. 10. Melt the butter in a pot over low heat.
  11. 11. Add the herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper to the butter.
