Ingredients
- bittersweet chocolate 150 g
- butter 300 g
- eggs 4 pcs.
- sugar 300 g
- milk 100 ml
- wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- cocoa powder 100 g
- baking powder 0.5 pack
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Chop the chocolate couverture into coarse pieces.
- 3. Put the softened butter into a bowl.
- 4. Beat the butter with a hand mixer and a whisk until creamy.
- 5. Add the eggs and sugar to the butter alternately.
- 6. Mix the mixture well after each addition.
- 7. Stir the milk into the butter-sugar-egg mixture.
- 8. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- 9. Mix everything together into a smooth batter.
- 10. Gently fold the roughly chopped couverture into the batter.
- 11. Pour the batter into a small greased loaf pan.
- 12. Bake the cake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- 13. Remove the cake from the oven.
- 14. Let the cake cool down completely.
- 15. Serve the cake and enjoy it.
