  2. 2. Remove the ends from the rhubarb.
  3. 3. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
  4. 4. Halve the lemon.
  5. 5. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  6. 6. Place the rhubarb pieces into the mixing container.
  7. 7. Add the water to the mixing container.
  8. 8. Add the sugar to the mixing container.
  9. 9. Add three tablespoons of lemon juice to the mixing container.
  10. 10. Warm the mixture for 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Set the speed to level 2.
  12. 12. Set the temperature to 95 degrees Celsius.
  13. 13. Strain the rhubarb mixture through a sieve.
  14. 14. Pour the rhubarb juice into the cleaned mixing pot.
  15. 15. Add the vodka to the mixing pot.
  16. 16. Add the vanilla sugar to the mixing pot.
  17. 17. Heat the mixture for 3 minutes.
  18. 18. Set the speed to level 1.
  19. 19. Set the temperature to 100 degrees Celsius.
  20. 20. Fill the liqueur into two bottles.
  21. 21. Each bottle should hold 500 milliliters.
  22. 22. Seal the bottles.
  23. 23. Let the liqueur cool down.
