🥤 Easy Rhubarb Liqueur

Ingredients
- rhubarb 500 g
- lemon 1 pc.
- water 300 ml
- sugar 250 g
- vodka 300 ml
- vanilla sugar 2 packets
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the ends from the rhubarb.
- 3. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
- 4. Halve the lemon.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 6. Place the rhubarb pieces into the mixing container.
- 7. Add the water to the mixing container.
- 8. Add the sugar to the mixing container.
- 9. Add three tablespoons of lemon juice to the mixing container.
- 10. Warm the mixture for 20 minutes.
- 11. Set the speed to level 2.
- 12. Set the temperature to 95 degrees Celsius.
- 13. Strain the rhubarb mixture through a sieve.
- 14. Pour the rhubarb juice into the cleaned mixing pot.
- 15. Add the vodka to the mixing pot.
- 16. Add the vanilla sugar to the mixing pot.
- 17. Heat the mixture for 3 minutes.
- 18. Set the speed to level 1.
- 19. Set the temperature to 100 degrees Celsius.
- 20. Fill the liqueur into two bottles.
- 21. Each bottle should hold 500 milliliters.
- 22. Seal the bottles.
- 23. Let the liqueur cool down.
