  1. 1. Rinse all the fruit under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the grapes in half.
  3. 3. Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.
  4. 4. Peel the pineapple and cut it into quarters.
  5. 5. Remove the hard core from the center of the pineapple pieces.
  6. 6. Dice the cored pineapple pieces into small cubes.
  7. 7. Peel the kiwis.
  8. 8. Dice the peeled kiwis into small cubes as well.
  9. 9. Cut the peaches in half.
  10. 10. Remove the pit from the peach halves.
  11. 11. Cut the pitted peach halves into wedges.
  12. 12. Cut the lemon in half.
  13. 13. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  14. 14. Place two of the peach halves into a tall blending cup.
  15. 15. Add a spoonful of honey to the cup.
  16. 16. Add two tablespoons of the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  17. 17. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender or mixer until you get a smooth puree.
  18. 18. Put all the prepared fruit pieces into a large bowl.
  19. 19. Pour the peach puree over the fruit.
  20. 20. Gently mix the fruit with the puree.
  21. 21. Taste the salad and add more sweetener if needed.
  22. 22. Plate the fruit salad and serve it.
