🍝 Simple Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Salt Pinch
- Broccoli 0.5 pc
- Corn from the can 100 g
- Gherkins 4 pc
- Penne Rigate 200 g
- Peas, frozen 100 g
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Yogurt, plain 2 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Parsley, fresh 5 g
- Boiled ham 2 slices
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 5 liters of water with salt to a boil in a large pot.
- 2. Wash the broccoli, remove the tough stem, and divide it into about 2 cm florets.
- 3. Place the corn in a sieve and let it drain.
- 4. Drain the pickles, cut off the hard ends, and dice them coarsely.
- 5. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until al dente.
- 6. Add the broccoli to the pasta after about 5 minutes of cooking time.
- 7. Add the frozen peas to the pot when there are 3 minutes of cooking time left.
- 8. Pour the pasta, broccoli, and peas together into a sieve and let them drain.
- 9. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, and vinegar together in a large bowl.
- 10. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 12. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 13. Halve the cooked ham and cut it into strips.
- 14. Mix the drained pasta and vegetables with the dressing in the bowl.
- 15. Add the diced pickles, corn, parsley, and ham strips.
- 16. Mix everything well and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- 17. Chill the salad until serving time.
- 18. Then serve the salad.
