  1. 1. Bring about 5 liters of water with salt to a boil in a large pot.
  2. 2. Wash the broccoli, remove the tough stem, and divide it into about 2 cm florets.
  3. 3. Place the corn in a sieve and let it drain.
  4. 4. Drain the pickles, cut off the hard ends, and dice them coarsely.
  5. 5. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until al dente.
  6. 6. Add the broccoli to the pasta after about 5 minutes of cooking time.
  7. 7. Add the frozen peas to the pot when there are 3 minutes of cooking time left.
  8. 8. Pour the pasta, broccoli, and peas together into a sieve and let them drain.
  9. 9. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, and vinegar together in a large bowl.
  10. 10. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and pick the leaves off the stems.
  12. 12. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  13. 13. Halve the cooked ham and cut it into strips.
  14. 14. Mix the drained pasta and vegetables with the dressing in the bowl.
  15. 15. Add the diced pickles, corn, parsley, and ham strips.
  16. 16. Mix everything well and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  17. 17. Chill the salad until serving time.
  18. 18. Then serve the salad.
