🍰 Simple Chia Pudding with Soy Drink

Ingredients
- Chia seeds 8 tbsp
- Soy drink 550 ml
- Agave syrup 2 tbsp
- Raspberries, fresh 100 g
- Strawberries 500 g
- Oat flakes, fine 8 tbsp
- Coconut flakes 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Stir the chia seeds, soy drink, and agave syrup together in a bowl.
- 2. Let the mixture swell in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 3. Wash the raspberries in a sieve and let them drain.
- 4. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- 5. Puree 400 grams of the fresh strawberries into a puree using a hand blender.
- 6. Slice the remaining strawberries.
- 7. Fill four glasses with a first layer of the chia mixture.
- 8. Distribute the strawberry puree over the glasses.
- 9. Sprinkle the glasses with two tablespoons of oat flakes.
- 10. Press the strawberry slices against the inside of the glasses.
- 11. Distribute the remaining chia mixture over all four glasses.
- 12. Garnish the pudding with the raspberries.
- 13. Sprinkle the dessert with coconut flakes and serve.
