🍳 Vegan Pancakes to Freeze

Ingredients
- flour, Type 405 200 g
- sugar 2 tbsp
- baking powder 2 tsp
- salt pinch
- oil 3 tbsp
- carbonated water 100 ml
- soy drink 100 ml
- coating chocolate, dark 50 g
- agave syrup 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, mineral water, and soy drink.
- 3. Stir everything into a smooth batter.
- 4. Pour the batter into an ice cube tray.
- 5. Freeze the tray overnight in the freezer.
- 6. Take the frozen dough cubes out of the freezer to thaw slightly.
- 7. Heat oil in a pan over low heat.
- 8. Place the frozen pancake cubes into the pan one by one.
- 9. Cover the pan and heat the cubes for about 5–7 minutes.
- 10. Wait until the cubes have melted into small pancakes.
- 11. Flip the pancakes.
- 12. Bake them for another 4 minutes until golden brown.
- 13. Chop the chocolate coating roughly.
- 14. Serve the pancakes on plates.
- 15. Drizzle them with agave syrup.
- 16. Sprinkle the chopped coating over them.
- 17. Enjoy your meal!
