  1. 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, mineral water, and soy drink.
  3. 3. Stir everything into a smooth batter.
  4. 4. Pour the batter into an ice cube tray.
  5. 5. Freeze the tray overnight in the freezer.
  6. 6. Take the frozen dough cubes out of the freezer to thaw slightly.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a pan over low heat.
  8. 8. Place the frozen pancake cubes into the pan one by one.
  9. 9. Cover the pan and heat the cubes for about 5–7 minutes.
  10. 10. Wait until the cubes have melted into small pancakes.
  11. 11. Flip the pancakes.
  12. 12. Bake them for another 4 minutes until golden brown.
  13. 13. Chop the chocolate coating roughly.
  14. 14. Serve the pancakes on plates.
  15. 15. Drizzle them with agave syrup.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the chopped coating over them.
