  1. 1. Whisk 6 tablespoons of milk with sugar and vanilla pudding powder in a bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a pot.
  3. 3. Stir the prepared pudding mixture into the boiling milk.
  4. 4. Let the pudding boil for about 1 minute while stirring constantly.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let the pudding simmer for about 4 minutes until it becomes thick.
  6. 6. Cover the pudding with plastic wrap and let it cool completely.
  7. 7. Drain the can of peaches into a sieve and catch the liquid in a pot.
  8. 8. Cut the peaches into wedges.
  9. 9. Wash the strawberries, remove the green stems, and halve them.
  10. 10. Whisk the cooled vanilla pudding with crème fraîche.
  11. 11. Spread the vanilla cream evenly over the cake base.
  12. 12. Top the tart with the peach wedges and strawberry halves.
  13. 13. Whisk 250 milliliters of the collected peach liquid with tart glaze powder.
  14. 14. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring until a slightly thick glaze forms.
  15. 15. Spread the tart glaze evenly over the fruits.
  16. 16. Place the tart in the refrigerator until serving.
