Ingredients
- Butter 150 g
- Sugar 150 g
- Vanilla Sugar 1 packet
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place soft butter cut into small pieces, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs into the mixing container.
- 3. Place the measuring cup on top and mix the ingredients for 2 minutes on speed level 4.
- 4. Add flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- 5. Stir everything for 1 minute on speed level 3 until a smooth batter forms.
- 6. Use a spatula to scrape the batter down from the sides of the container.
- 7. Mix the batter for another 20 seconds on speed level 4 with the measuring cup in place.
- 8. Grease the indentations of a muffin tin or line them with baking cups.
- 9. Fill the batter evenly into the prepared cups.
- 10. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Remove the muffins from the oven and carefully release them from the tin.
- 12. Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack.
