Ingredients
- Ground beef 200 g
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Pepper, sweet 1 tsp
- Sunday rolls Fresh dough in the can 1 pc.
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Pickle 2 pc.
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Cheddar Sliced 200 g
- Sesame, white 4 tbsp
- Mustard 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Place the minced meat into a bowl.
- 3. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 4. Shape small patties from the meat mixture.
- 5. Place the meat patties on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 6. Form small balls from the bun dough.
- 7. Place the dough balls on a second baking sheet also lined with baking paper.
- 8. Bake both sheets in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- 9. Cut the onions in half and peel them.
- 10. Dice the onions finely.
- 11. Drain the pickles.
- 12. Cut the pickles into small pieces as well.
- 13. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 14. Fry the onions for about 2 minutes.
- 15. Add the cut pickles to the pan.
- 16. Mix the vegetables well together.
- 17. Melt some butter in a small pot.
- 18. Stir sugar into the melted butter.
- 19. Take the sheets with meat and dough out of the oven.
- 20. Place slices of cheddar cheese on the meat patties.
- 21. Slice the baked buns open.
- 22. Brush the bun halves with the butter-sugar mixture.
- 23. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the brushed buns.
- 24. Put the buns back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
- 25. Let the buns cool down briefly.
- 26. Spread mustard on the bottom bun halves.
- 27. Place a meat patty with cheese on the mustard.
- 28. Add the onion-pickle mixture on top.
- 29. Place the top bun halves on.
- 30. Serve the burgers lukewarm.
