  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Place the minced meat into a bowl.
  3. 3. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  4. 4. Shape small patties from the meat mixture.
  5. 5. Place the meat patties on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Form small balls from the bun dough.
  7. 7. Place the dough balls on a second baking sheet also lined with baking paper.
  8. 8. Bake both sheets in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Cut the onions in half and peel them.
  10. 10. Dice the onions finely.
  11. 11. Drain the pickles.
  12. 12. Cut the pickles into small pieces as well.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  14. 14. Fry the onions for about 2 minutes.
  15. 15. Add the cut pickles to the pan.
  16. 16. Mix the vegetables well together.
  17. 17. Melt some butter in a small pot.
  18. 18. Stir sugar into the melted butter.
  19. 19. Take the sheets with meat and dough out of the oven.
  20. 20. Place slices of cheddar cheese on the meat patties.
  21. 21. Slice the baked buns open.
  22. 22. Brush the bun halves with the butter-sugar mixture.
  23. 23. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the brushed buns.
  24. 24. Put the buns back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  25. 25. Let the buns cool down briefly.
  26. 26. Spread mustard on the bottom bun halves.
  27. 27. Place a meat patty with cheese on the mustard.
  28. 28. Add the onion-pickle mixture on top.
  29. 29. Place the top bun halves on.
  30. 30. Serve the burgers lukewarm.
