🍽️ Fresh Egg and Apple Salad with Herbs

Ingredients
- Eggs 6 pcs
- dill, fresh 20 g
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- apples, red 1 pcs
- celery stalks 0.5 pcs
- spring onions 0.5 bunch
- radishes 0.5 bunch
- lemons 1 pcs
- mayonnaise 100 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with about one liter of water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Carefully place the eggs into the boiling water and cook them for about 10 minutes until they are hard-boiled.
- 3. Drain the hot water and immediately rinse the eggs with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 4. Peel the cooled eggs and remove the shell completely.
- 5. Wash the herbs thoroughly under running water and shake them dry.
- 6. Remove coarse stems from the herbs and chop them finely.
- 7. Wash the apple and cut it into four quarters.
- 8. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 9. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 10. Clean the celery stalks and cut off the root ends.
- 11. Cut the celery stalks into thin strips.
- 12. Clean the spring onions and cut off the root ends.
- 13. Cut the spring onions into thin strips.
- 14. Wash the radishes under running water.
- 15. Remove the ends of the radishes.
- 16. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 17. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into cubes.
- 18. Cut a lemon in half.
- 19. Squeeze the juice from the lemon half.
- 20. Put the mayonnaise into a large bowl.
- 21. Add the chopped herbs to the mayonnaise.
- 22. Add the lemon juice to the mayonnaise mixture.
- 23. Add the mustard to the mayonnaise mixture.
- 24. Mix the mayonnaise, herbs, lemon juice, and mustard well together.
- 25. Season the dressing mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 26. Add all prepared ingredients (eggs, apple, celery, spring onions, radishes) to the dressing.
- 27. Gently fold the ingredients into the dressing until everything is evenly coated.
- 28. Store the salad in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
