  2. 2. Carefully place the eggs into the boiling water and cook them for about 10 minutes until they are hard-boiled.
  3. 3. Drain the hot water and immediately rinse the eggs with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. 4. Peel the cooled eggs and remove the shell completely.
  5. 5. Wash the herbs thoroughly under running water and shake them dry.
  6. 6. Remove coarse stems from the herbs and chop them finely.
  7. 7. Wash the apple and cut it into four quarters.
  8. 8. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  9. 9. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
  10. 10. Clean the celery stalks and cut off the root ends.
  11. 11. Cut the celery stalks into thin strips.
  12. 12. Clean the spring onions and cut off the root ends.
