🍳 Egg Salad

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Farmhouse mild bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring about 2 liters of water to a boil. Hard-boil the eggs in it for about 8 minutes. Then shock them in cold water, peel, and chop finely.
- 2. In the meantime, wash the chives, dry them well, and cut into fine rings. In a bowl, mix the eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, and chives, and season with salt and pepper. Serve the egg salad with bread. Enjoy your meal!
