🍰 Eggnog Cake

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- Sugar 180 g
- Vanilla Sugar 1 packet
- Oil 200 ml
- Egg Liqueur 250 ml
- Wheat Flour, Type 405 250 g
- Baking Powder 1 packet
- Salt pinch
- Icing Sugar 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Attach the beaters to the mixing bowl.
- 3. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar on speed 3 for 5 minutes until frothy.
- 4. Mix in the oil and eggnog for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 5. Remove the beaters from the bowl.
- 6. Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- 7. Mix the ingredients for 20 seconds on speed 5.
- 8. Grease a bundt cake pan and dust it with flour.
- 9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 10. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes.
- 11. Let the cake cool down slightly in the pan.
- 12. Carefully turn the cake out onto a cooling rack.
- 13. Let the cake cool completely.
- 14. Dust the finished cake with powdered sugar.
- 15. Serve the cake and enjoy.
