🥤 Egg Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients
- Eggs 6 pcs
- Icing sugar 200 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 packet
- Whipping cream 250 ml
- Corn 250 ml
Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs and use the egg whites for something else. Insert the whisk attachment into the mixing container. Add the egg yolks together with icing sugar and vanilla sugar to the mixing container and beat for 3 minutes on level 3. Then remove the whisk attachment.
- 2. Now add cream and corn and mix for 8 minutes at 70 °C on level 3. Rinse two bottles (each 500 ml) with hot water. Fill the egg liqueur into the bottles using a funnel and close tightly immediately. Store the egg liqueur in the refrigerator until serving. Enjoy!
