  2. 2. Scoop out the pulp and put it into a cocktail shaker.
  3. 3. Add the eggnog to the shaker.
  4. 4. Add half of the crushed ice to the shaker.
  5. 5. Seal the shaker tightly.
  6. 6. Shake the shaker vigorously.
  7. 7. Put the remaining crushed ice into a glass.
  8. 8. Strain the cocktail from the shaker over the ice into the glass.
  9. 9. Top up the glass with lemonade.
  10. 10. Garnish the drink with mint.
