Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Onions, red 0.5 pcs
- Sour cream 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot. Cook the eggs in the boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and peel.
- 2. Wash the chives, shake dry, and cut into rings. Peel and finely dice the onion. Chop the cooked eggs finely.
- 3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve the egg spread with bread.
