🍳 Eggs in Rolls with Bacon

Ingredients
- Rolls 4 pcs
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cherry tomatoes 200 g
- Bacon 8 slices
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Chives, fresh 5 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Cut off the tops of the rolls to create lids.
- 3. Hollow out the bottom halves of the rolls, leaving only a rim of about 1 centimeter.
- 4. Brush the cut surfaces of the roll halves and the lids with butter.
- 5. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Place the hollowed-out roll halves on the tray with the cut side facing up.
- 8. Place two slices of bacon into each roll half.
- 9. Crack an egg into each roll half over the bacon.
- 10. Place the cherry tomatoes on the vine on the baking tray as well.
- 11. Place the tray on the lower rack of the oven.
- 12. Bake the rolls and tomatoes for about 20 minutes.
- 13. Add the roll lids to the oven after about 15 minutes of baking time.
- 14. Wash the chives during this time.
- 15. Dry the chives.
- 16. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 17. Take the baking tray with the finished rolls out of the oven.
- 18. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
- 19. Sprinkle the cut chive rings over the eggs.
- 20. Place the roll lids halfway onto the halves.
- 21. Serve the eggs in rolls together with the baked cherry tomatoes.
