  6. 6. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  7. 7. Let the spinach drain.
  8. 8. Remove the outer leaves from the red cabbage.
  9. 9. Halve the red cabbage.
  10. 10. Remove the core from the red cabbage.
  11. 11. Slice the red cabbage into thin strips or shred it finely.
  12. 12. Pour the coconut milk into a pot.
  13. 13. Warm the coconut milk over medium heat.
  14. 14. Stir the peanut butter into the warm coconut milk.
  15. 15. Keep stirring until a creamy sauce forms.
  16. 16. Heat a frying pan without fat over medium heat.
  17. 17. Toast the sesame seeds in the pan for about three minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan and set them aside.
  19. 19. Heat the pan again over medium to high heat.
  20. 20. Add two tablespoons of oil to the hot pan.

  30. 30. Pour the soy sauce into a separate bowl.
  31. 31. Add two tablespoons of oil to the soy sauce.
  32. 32. Whisk the soy sauce and oil together.
  33. 33. Add the spinach and red cabbage to the soy sauce mixture.
  34. 34. Toss the salad so it is coated with the dressing.
  35. 35. Arrange the carrots, kohlrabi sticks, and salad side by side in a bowl.
  36. 36. Place the dumplings on top of the ingredients.
