🍰 Dubai Chocolate made easy at home

Ingredients
- chocolate, dark 200 g
- butter 50 g
- kadayif pastry 100 g
- pistachio cream 110 g
- sesame paste tahini 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate into large chunks.
- 2. Melt the chocolate pieces in a double boiler.
- 3. Take half of the melted chocolate.
- 4. Pour the chocolate into the silicone mold.
- 5. Spread the chocolate evenly across the bottom and sides.
- 6. Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- 7. Warm the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 8. Toast the Kadayif pastry strands (fine noodle-like threads) in the butter until golden brown.
- 9. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 10. Let the toasted pastry strands cool down.
- 11. Mix the pistachio cream and tahini (sesame paste) in a bowl.
- 12. Add the cooled pastry strands to the cream mixture.
- 13. Mix everything thoroughly together.
- 14. Pour the filling into the prepared chocolate mold.
- 15. Smooth out the filling.
- 16. Take the remaining melted chocolate.
- 17. Spread the chocolate over the filling.
- 18. Ensure the filling is completely covered by chocolate.
- 19. Place the mold in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
