🥗 Melon and Mint Salad with Toasted Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- Honeydew melon 1 pc.
- Cantaloupe melon 1 pc.
- Cantaloupe melon 1 pc.
- Sea salt pinch
- Mint, fresh 15 g
- Pine nuts 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Halve the melons and remove the seeds.
- 2. Cut the flesh into eighths.
- 3. Use a peeler to slice the melon pieces into thin strips.
- 4. Sprinkle the melon strips with sea salt.
- 5. Let the melons sit for a moment.
- 6. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 7. Shake the mint dry.
- 8. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
- 9. Heat a pan over medium heat.
- 10. Toast the pine nuts for about 3 minutes without oil.
- 11. Toast the nuts until they are golden brown.
- 12. Remove the toasted pine nuts from the pan.
- 13. Place the nuts on a plate.
- 14. Arrange the melon strips on a large plate.
- 15. Drizzle the melons with olive oil.
- 16. Sprinkle the salad with the mint.
- 17. Sprinkle the salad with the toasted pine nuts.
- 18. Serve the salad.
