Ingredients
- Watercress bed 10 g
- Fresh cheese, plain 80 g
- Tomato paste 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Radishes 0.5 bunch
- Gouda sliced 4 slices
- Whole wheat toast 12 slices
- Butter 4 tsp
- Mortadella sliced 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the watercress, clean it thoroughly and shake it dry. In a bowl, mix the fresh cheese with the tomato paste, season with salt and pepper, and fold in the watercress.
- 2. Clean the radishes, remove the stems and slice them thinly. If necessary, remove the rind from the Gouda and halve the cheese. Toast the whole wheat toast slices as desired.
- 3. Spread 4 slices of toast bread with a little butter and top with Gouda and mortadella. Spread the other 4 toast slices with the watercress cream, top with radish slices and place on the cheese-mortadella slices. Cover with the remaining toast slices and press down lightly.
- 4. Cut the three-decker in half diagonally as desired and secure with a wooden skewer. Enjoy your meal!
