Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- zucchini 1 pc.
- pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp
- placeholder 1600 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel off the outer skin. Dice the onion into coarse cubes.
- 2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly. Cut off the hard ends and dice the vegetable.
- 3. Cut the pepper in half. Remove the green stem and seeds. Dice the pepper.
- 4. Heat oil in a pot over high heat.
- 5. Add the prepared vegetables to the pot. Fry them for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Open the two cans of ravioli and add the contents to the pot.
- 7. Reduce the heat to a low setting. Warm the ravioli for about 5 minutes.
- 8. Season the dish to taste with spices as needed.
- 9. Serve the hot dish directly from the pot. Enjoy your meal!
