  2. 2. Remove the hard stem area from the top of the tomatoes.
  3. 3. Dice the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the basil leaves thoroughly as well.
  5. 5. Dry the basil leaves well so they do not become wet.
  6. 6. Carefully pluck the leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Finely chop the basil leaves.
  8. 8. Put the tomato cubes and the chopped basil into a bowl.
  9. 9. Add the cream cheese amount to the bowl.
  10. 10. Mix the ingredients well together.
  11. 11. Season the cream with salt to taste.

  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
